Automatic updates, no command needed
Every 15 minutes, Investo checks the server's tracked list for big moves (5%+) and posts them to whichever channel /notify was first run in, plus a fixed list of well-known tickers for genuinely wild moves (15%+) even if nobody's tracking them.
